The holiday season is our busiest time of year, and we want to make sure your gifts are ready to be enjoyed on time. To guarantee the best chance of receiving your items before the holidays, we strongly encourage placing custom orders in November.
All holiday orders are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
We cannot guarantee completion of last-minute projects placed in December.
Planning early helps secure your spot in our production schedule and ensures we can give your order the care and attention it deserves.

Things to Know About Custom Orders
Custom orders may not be taken during our preparation for team sports. We will do our best to fulfill your request if we are able.
Once your order is completed, we will call you for pickup.
